SW Chess Academy provides chess training programs, coaching sessions, tournament preparation, and related educational services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Enrollment & Fees

Enrollment in our programs requires payment of applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the program. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with reasonable notice.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain appropriate behavior during all sessions. Disruptive behavior, disrespect towards instructors or fellow students, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated and may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

5. Attendance & Schedule

Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions regularly. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded unless due to extenuating circumstances approved by the academy management. Schedule changes will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, course materials, and chess strategies, is the property of SW Chess Academy and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy
